Mandy has been a jewellery designer for 26 years and the past 9 years she has been designing award winning custom made / one of kind jewellery , alongside her goldsmith /diamond setter husband Thomas johnson
at their unique jewellery boutique in the heart of York.
Mandy takes inspiration from nature and sci-fi and creates something that is both figurative and abstract at the same time.

"To always create something that is strikingly beautiful "this is my rule of design but it also must be combined with function as jewellery is to be worn and is wearable art.
I see design inspiration in the everything from mating dragonflies to the foam in my coffee ,life is very rich when you can find beauty , even in the the small things.What led me to jewellery design was that I could design wearable art .
