After gaining experience in architectural companies, he established the office of Afshar Architects. He also pursued his cultural, educational, and social activities. For many years he was in charge of training the Architectural Association and became a member of its board of directors in 2016. He also won several national awards. During these years, he implemented several projects in various cities in Iran. His works have been published in various national magazines.
