About Julien Gros : Julien is a former french rugby player and a golf and watchmaking passionate since his younger age. In 2015, during a humanitarian trip in Kibera slum, Nairobi, Kenya, he became aware of lucky who he is to live of his passion. Playing rugby at the same time, he decided to go further on his watch passion, by designing a watch with a unique spirit and concept; inspired from golf universe. Once the design created; he moves towards to learn what really animates him: Time-pieces. He followed a evening classes training as a watchmaking operator in parallel of his professional experience in one of the most prestigious watch manufacturers in the world. In 2019, his passion for watchmaking and his conviction to make his project live had only one end: Fairway must be live.
