His work has been selected by International Frniture Competition "THE CHIC CHIONIS - DESGIN 21" and exhibited in Paris by UNESCO in 2000. And then he started his career at Hong Kong and Singapore. He joined the concord Group in 2004 as Design Manager and leaded a team of professionals in Shanghai.
In 2007, he set up the Issi Design Ltd. Issi won a lot of international awards and honors, such as the Gold key Award of New York. In 2015, Issi became the one of Asian design company which recommended by Rrec and its works were exhibited in Saatchi Gallery, London.
