Altempo is based on the hermeneutic methodology and comes from the Italian expression to introduce a correction or clarify an idea.
Altempo Research Design Group makes use of a strategy that requires to constantly diagnose the situations, helping companies to develop singular products and services carriers of meaning, with the spirit of a place, considering time, space, circumstances, and human nature.
STATEMENT OF ART:Altempo is based on the hermeneutic methodology and comes from the Italian expression to introduce a correction or clarify an idea.
Altempo Research Design Group makes use of a strategy that requires to constantly diagnose the situations, helping companies to develop singular products and services carriers of meaning, with the spirit of a place, considering time, space, circumstances, and human nature.
Today it is quite legitimate to interpret reality as a parable of weak and fluid modernity, that seems to reveal an individual who is not limited to time or inhabits space, dissolving his/her longings onto instant pleasure, collecting satisfaction from transitory solutions easily dethroned by different ones. As design is an agent that transforms reality thus, it must relates technology with the spirit of a place, creating a new culture of artefacts able to provide emotions and knowledge in people's lives. With this philosophy in mind, handicrafts can be a structure that combines new production technologies, joining forces to define new possibilities for local production, which demands to survive in the global scenario.
