I am Mojtaba Rouhani, 38 years old, B.A. in graphic design. I am currently working as a creativity manager in a reputable advertising company in Iran, and as a freelance artistic manager and graphic designer for different projects. My personal and artistic concerns regarding society and human conflicts are formed into projects I design and conduct via various media forms, including video or performance art. I was born in the historical city of Isfahan, whose ancient cultural atmosphere as the cradle of oriental art and civilization enriched my thoughts and daydreaming with creative images. This city played an essential role in my interest in furniture design, which has turned into a rather serious pursuit for me over the past few years. Fine arts and handicrafts of Isfahan also drove me to start calligraphy and painting at a very young age. Later on in adolescence, I started acting in theater, which motivated me to enhance my knowledge on poetry and literature. The powerful world of images in my mind was what led me to graphics. During my education, I participated in a wide range of exhibitions and events worldwide. In my first experience, I won the third prize for Triennial Bolivia Poster for a design with the theme of "Immigration". So far, I have had works exhibited in Poland, Ukraine, Denmark and Austria. My personal concerns about the surrounding world and social issues have always been the essence of all my creations. After all these years, I am able to create my ideal work of art by bringing concepts, objects and themes together effectively.
