His works and papers have been selected at home and abroad at various levels of design exhibitions, contests or published at home and abroad at all professional academic journals.
In 2008, he won the Excellent Doctoral Dissertation Award from Korea University of Light.
In 2007, the jewellery “Hawthorne” won the 12th National Special Exhibition of Korean Traditional Craftsmanship; the jewellery “HUIMIN07-2 Ring” was awarded the Outstanding Newcomer Award by the Korean Circle Light Precious Metal Craftsman Society; the jewellery “Ring” won the Ph.D. from the Korea Outstanding Graduate School. Health Works Entertainment Exhibition Special Award;
In 2006, the jewellery work "The Ring" won the Lu Yibei Award for 2006 National Teacher Education Competition;
In 2005, the fiber works and the commemorative coin design work won the Luyi Cup 2005 national teachers college teacher works competition academic award, outstanding award;
In 2004, the fiberwork "Life habitat" won the silver medal of the 3rd International Fiber Biennial; the commemorative coin design "Life, Civilization and Holy Flame" won the Special Contribution Award for the Design of the 29th (Beijing) Olympic Games Commemorative Coin.
