Founded in summer of 2018 by real-life couple Celia and John Wilson, Notes Foundry is a love story. Celia and John were successfully applying their talents in the corporate world, in the cutting-edge fields of medicine development and AI technologies - but realising the urgency of the environmental crisis, the couple decided they wanted to pour their hearts into greener projects with a real and direct positive impact. Their combined love of stationery made it an obvious place to start!
STATEMENT OF ART:A good design must be a conscious one above all else. Today the expectation is for art and design to go beyond beauty, and the ethics and sustainability of the creation must be inspired by, and inform, both form and function.
