Joe, an interior architect for several major design firms has created many projects that elevate one's workplace environment. In many projects he found it necessary to design new several light fixtures,(for which he holds several patents) to solve a problem in the workspace. One of his patented light fixtures was selected for the Amtrak waiting room at Penn Station, New York City. His real love is product design, sensing a product need and coming up with a solution that is both beautiful to look and functions with ease.
STATEMENT OF ART:When I think about design I look at the overall task at hand, what are the areas that need to be addressed, what are the obstacles. Then once those are identified, how to creatively solve them.
