With over 15 years of delivering projects in South Florida, ODP Architecture & Design has developed the capabilities to lead in the design and post-design phases of permitting, bidding and construction administration. By dedicating the same staff that performed the design phases to the construction phases, ODP Architecture & Design is able to efficiently and proactively provide services. As a result, ODP has partnered with premier architecture firms as Architect of Record for some of the largest and most complex projects in South Florida, including Zaha Hadid Miami’s latest luxury tower, One Thousand Museum, Elkus Manfredi's Paramount Miami World Center, Fosters & Partners’ Towers at 1201 Brickell, Kohn Pedersen Fox’s One Bayfront Plaza, and UNStudio.
