Dave has made direct contributions to customer satisfaction, product & service quality, overall business effectiveness and revenue & market share for internationally competitive organizations.
For as long as I can remember I have been fascinated by how things work with a wonder for how inherent properties and forces can just make things happen the way they are meant to.
Design for me has always been about using these elements to their utmost in the simplest form possible to achieve interesting outcomes. Removing obstacles to this pure function and great user experience is the discipline we are entrusted with.
If these are the tools we are given to work with, the most amazing applications are just a matter of how creatively we allow them to interact and play.
Troubled that much of the world has lately been in a race to make things cheaper and cheaper at the expense of enjoyable and meaningful experiences I feel privileged to be part of the resurgence where Design for Lean allows pleasure and wonder to once again be at the forefront without an inhibitive price.
