I've always pumped this sensibility into my designs and into my work as a teacher. My goal is to be an agent of other people's self-realisation. My most focussed technique centres around the concept of narrative, which I think is a unifying sensibility through which everyone can experience space and place. My objects are charged with stories too, though hopefully they reveal their true meaning over time. Themes include the body, sensual experience, the 'chaotic' urban landscape, subverted typologies, systems that subvert their own rules.
