About Alan B. Guyan : Alan Guyan is Director, Manufacturing Innovation for Under Armour’s Manufacturing Innovation Center, Lighthouse. He leads a team of innovators, to advance manufacturing methodologies, and 3D product creation. Alan servers as UA’s resident expert on all Additive Manufacturing, & Subtractive and 3D developments. His recent design achievements include, launching the first 3D Printed training shoe, UA Architech, and innovating zippers with MagZip a one handed assist zipper bottom stop. Here he was able to leverage performance goals, to innovative the product experience for footwear, apparel, and accessories. He is a recent recipient of AMUG Advance Concepts Award, and A’design Award Winner in Footwear, Shoes, and Boots Design Category. ORGANIZATION:Under Armour Inc.
