He has guided many students to participate in design competitions and won many awards. He has also served as a judge for many contests, such as the International User Experience Innovation Contest, the Golden Reeds Industrial Design Award, the Good Design Northeast Regional Contest, the China Packaging Creative Design Contest, the National Digital Creativity Contest (NCDA), the Milan Design Week China College Design Faculty and Student Excellent Work Exhibition Review Expert, the National First Non-Heritage Innovation Design Contest, the Liaoning Province Industrial Design Contest, the China Good Creativity Liaoning Province Regional Contest, and so on.
