| DESIGN NAME: Wild Cook Advertising PRIMARY FUNCTION: Poster INSPIRATION: Advertising is one of the most important parts of presenting a product. To be able to present a design, designers should understand the main aspects of the design and in order to present it in an artistic way, they have to focus on its most important features. In this case, the main question was how to show people that by using this product they can have different kind of smoking scents for their food and make them curious about the design. The presented design is a combination of burnt vegetables and smoke to present the main feature of the product which is the smoking scent that it gives to the food. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The presented design is advertising posters for a product which gives different smoking scents from smooth burn of natural materials to food that is why the designers insisted on showing natural materials burning and the smoke coming out of them. It is also important to mention that all posters were photographed. The designers intention was to show the main message in a minimal way that draws people's attention and stimulate their curiosity about the advertising. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: - PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in September 2019. |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: All the posters were photographed in a studio and with natural materials. The designers gathered all their insights about the settings and they finalized the production. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: - TAGS: Food, Smoked food, Smoking device, Smoke flavor, Smoke scent, Beverage, Smoke, Wild cook, Poster, Advertising RESEARCH ABSTRACT: To design the best poster for a product, a lot of detailed researches are needed. The designers had to look for people's expectation of an advertisement, what can stimulate their curiosity, what range of age are the product's potential costumers and most importantly what is the simplest way to give a message and preserve the artistic features. CHALLENGE: The main challenge was to find the best way to burn the materials without disfiguring the material and also to photograph the smoke and the burnt material in one shot.
