RESEARCH ABSTRACT: We studied different fashion stores and menswear departments layouts to understand how they work in an open space areas and a human psychology to know how much the customers interact with the interior when it comes to the shopping. Realizing that people get tired of shopping very quickly because store designs are often too bright and stressful, we have come to a restrained deep color scheme, sharp clean lines and decided to use close to nature materials. We also created two different zones so that shopping is no longer associated with monotony and fatigue.
CHALLENGE: The research challenge of this project for Bezmirno Architects team was to create a store based on the main architectural rules but with a little supplementations to them to represent a classic vision of a fashion industry that can also be a modern one.
