| DESIGN NAME: BRC Star Amber PRIMARY FUNCTION: Sales Center INSPIRATION: Star Amber is located in Fuzhou, one of the oldest cities in China to accept Western culture. In recent times, benefiting from maritime trade, Fuzhou has ushered in a new cultural and economic prosperity. The designer hopes to integrate the western modern architecture classic ARTDECO style and traditional marine culture, and project it into the overall design, showing a new and unique space atmosphere. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Containing the modern temperament of fashion and art extends the thinking of residence, art and life. The designer hopes that the space is pure and free which presents distinctive personality, lines, and colors, without the heavy sense of history, and not bound by the environment of any era. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: A VR experience room is set up on the second floor, and VR virtual technology is installed to provide users with virtual senses about vision, hearing, touch and other senses, so that users can feel every detail of the space more directly as if they are physically present, having the intuitive experience of the living space in the future. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The emergence of arch design elements is very representative and ingeniously intersperses throughout the space. The classic ARTDECO style combination of gold and beige is collided with the impactful colors of Klein blue and Bordeaux red, bringing a dynamic atmosphere. Use art installations and color collisions to create a highly recognizable space, use condensed lines to outline, discard unnecessary decoration, use natural materials and light bands to cleverly break through the latitude of space, and create a new concept experiential sales center. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: This project is 500 square meters. The two storey building is interspersed with smooth curves. The space is centered on the sandbox area. Above the sandbox are finely woven lighting decorations and the vertically arranged ceiling light strips. Surrounded by lofty arched door openings on all sides, it is "softened" in the color tone of the earth. The blank wall decorated with a penetrating metal shape and Klein blue balls set up a little "fun" to eliminate the alienation of the space. TAGS: Sales Center, Interior design, BRC, Star Amber, ARTDECO RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The doorway is used as the boundary partition area. Outside the doorway, a negotiation area, a contract signing room, a VIP negotiation room and a water bar area are set. The negotiation area introduces natural light with large-scale transparent floor-to-ceiling windows, and water ripple-like ceilings, such as "ink" and "water", which are carefully forged at the metal interface, create unique effects. CHALLENGE: The soft arcs at the stairs relieve the horizontal rigidity and hang Klein blue boats and balls. The combination of the ball hanging device and the ship's elements reflects the sense of extension. The application and evolution of the "circle" elements in varous spaces and areas is also a challenge.
