| DESIGN NAME: Purest White PRIMARY FUNCTION: Office INSPIRATION: Before the transformation, the office area presents a claustrophobic and oppressive atmosphere. In order to change this situation, designers integrate the concise methods into the existing spatial form and conceive it as a breakthrough point, so that the moving line is smooth, the color block is clear and the function is distinct. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This office space is mainly for clothing materials research and development department and design department. Party A hopes to complete the transformation in a short time, and the budget given is not high. The design requirements for the office space are young, innovative and creative. In addition to the whole space is divided into fabric display area, visitor area and meeting room, most of the area is used for comprehensive office, so as to facilitate team discussion. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The waiting areas and conference rooms are partitioned by walls to form a semi-blocked layout. The gap between the wall and the wall is used as the guide outlet of the light, which makes the waiting area more dynamic, borrowing natural light and subtly hiding in it. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The ground adopts engineering floor, the wall retains the original cement column and partial wall, and the white steel frame provides convenience for display. These designs not only facilitate the cost saving, but also play the role of decoration. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: This case is an office space renovation project of Hongxun Industrial located in Taizhou, covering a total area of 430 square meters. The open modern office space makes the team more convenient and effective to communicate. The whole space is mainly white, showing a bright, clean and minimalist design effect. TAGS: Interior, Office, Modern, Simple, Pure, Minimalist, White, Transformation RESEARCH ABSTRACT: At the beginning of the design, the most important problem to be solved is to introduce a large amount of natural light into the space and eliminate everything blocking the light. In the deepening process, in order to provide a good and comfortable communication environment for employees, the scattered areas are concentrated into a whole space. CHALLENGE: Since Party A has specific requirements on the number of functional areas, working seats and storage areas of the space, and limits the cost and construction period, the existence of these limitations is a restrictions and a challenge for our design.
