| DESIGN NAME: Hai'an Wanda Plaza PRIMARY FUNCTION: Sales Office INSPIRATION: Hai'an Wanda Plaza as an engineering project of the city's light luxurious residential area, its sales office uses unique design language, which integrates the city tree Magnolia and representative mulberry culture of Hai'an, complemented by the traditional elements with Oriental characteristics, accurately expresses the marketing positioning of the real estate adjacent to the school district and focusing on the humanities. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The whole space is divided into four parts with its functional planning, Magnolia Hall, Inkstone Washing Pool, Golden Silkworm Workshop and Collection Court. With careful metaphorical techniques, extraordinary design understanding and solid professional quality, the designers adhere to the method and style of classical architecture, use gorgeous and delicate materials, and penetrate the ancient and modern aesthetic in one, creating a classic design example with elegant charm. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: In response to the sand table area, the chandelier uses the silkworm chrysalis shape to illuminate the regional theme. The delicate and smooth shape enriches the level change of space and composes a harmonious symphony of space and light. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Stepping into the reception area, the two rows of glass columns facing each other emphasize the vertical sense, while the marble wall with its auxiliary emphasizes the mobility of the horizontal lines with the natural texture of the stone, which makes the changes of the lines flexible and changeable in an instant, and the two complement each other and benefit each other. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The project covers a total of 650 square meters. It's worth praising that the chandelier in the shape of pages on the top of the sand table not only perfectly matches the overall style, but also ingeniously combines the modern technological beauty with the classical image beauty. It is the key point of the waterway in the middle of Jiangsu Province. Therefore, it is named Hai'an, which means "the sea will never rise". It has a long history and rich culture. The profound heritage has been inherited for thousands of years, making Hai'an hold several business cards, such as the famous "cocoon and silk town", "education town". CHALLENGE: As the end of the dynamic line, the negotiation area is called Collection Court. In order to ensure a relaxed, natural and friendly atmosphere in the negotiation area, as well as to meet the high degree of unity of the overall design, the designer uses bookcase as decoration in a large area, and the large LED screen layout for marketing does not violate the sense of harmony at all. The business acumen and elegant charm coexist in harmony here.
