| DESIGN NAME: Degas Residence PRIMARY FUNCTION: Sales Center INSPIRATION: The project is located in Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province. The charm of water town is no less than that of Suzhou and Hangzhou. The design also makes full use of the environmental characteristics of the mountain and water to deduce the charm of the water town. The representative elements of city wall and creel drawn from the long history of the capital culture are the inspiration of the design, aiming to integrate the East with nature and create a comfortable and artistic space. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The overall space of the project shows the sense of space and color contrast of large blocks. Through the interpenetration and infiltration between space and space, the space is rich, harmonious, independent and interdependent. The designer fully demonstrates the ability of space construction, and each space penetrates into each other. This kind of vague mystery is perfectly realized through horizontal or vertical openings. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The top of the sales center combines the elements of creel to create the different and unique chandeliers. The designer presents the charm of the water town with exquisite design techniques, inheriting knowledge and following civilization. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: There is no unnecessary decoration in the whole space design. From hard materials to soft furnishings, they are mainly expressed in simple language, showing a unique tonality and texture, but also integrating a humanistic spirit, infiltrating inside and outside. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The project covers a total of 800 square meters. The large stone facing of the wall has 2mm natural stone joints, creating design details, and the overall space looks more natural and harmonious. TAGS: Interior, Commercial, Sales Center, Modern, Elegant, Simple, Oriental Aesthetics, Water Town, City Wall, Creel RESEARCH ABSTRACT: As soon as entering the hall, the city wall shows the profound history and culture. Through the change of material, texture and natural light, the collision and fusion of different dimensions, new and old elements, the simple and honest way of life is implanted into the space design. When people are in the space, the vision of life arises spontaneously. CHALLENGE: During the period from project preparation to landing, the biggest problem is the control of materials and the site patrol. In order to design the beauty and quality of the landing, the designer and the construction unit select the stone materials twice from Nanjing to Shuitou Town in Fujian Province, and finally determine the site materials. Similarly, in order to present better results, the designer will go to the construction site every week, and review regardless of time cost.
