| DESIGN NAME: Music Pen Cap PRIMARY FUNCTION: Pen Cap Design INSPIRATION: Pen and the pen cap are always used together, "Tumbler" pen cap combines the design of scale through visual sense, tactile sensation and auditory sense to redefine a new way of communication, to let people rethink the meaning of "paint". The tip of the cap will jut out, so you can use your thumb to push it with less energy and you can also easily unload or put on it. In the design of the pen cap, we use a special color material with different thickness. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: It's a set of pen cap that can produce different sound levels. This product is mainly aimed at children aged 7 to 12. As the first choice for children to draw, However, that fact that the misplacing and discarding of watercolor pen without cover after use up troubles people. Our product optimize the cover of watercolor pen.It can be served as musical instrument with the combination of tumbler pen cap and gamut. our products not only have longer service life but also increased various functions. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The Music Pen Cap is arranged according to the different collocation of colors. When the pencil lightly crosses,some different tones of crisp sweet music will come out. According to the different thickness of the pronunciation point, 12 pens will have 12 different caps with different colors. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: In the design of the pen cap, we use a special color material with different thickness.Colour the surface of the Pen Cap and add a coat of varnish.Small quantities can be processed using 3D printing techniques using photosensitive resin materials. When mass production is determined, PP or ABS plastic materials can be used for batch production using molds. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Its dimension is 18*18*53(mm).
