INSPIRATION: The design of the whole space follows the functional requirements and achieves an intensive and flowing integrated layout. While emphasizing the effect of progressive layers, the concept of "inter" is also used to define and enclose each space in an orderly way, and make each space connect with each other.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Green Town Chunjiang Huayue Sales Center is located in Yudong New District, Yulin City. Relying on the whole CBD project in the north of the city, it has good congenital advantages. The traffic around the plot is convenient, close to the main urban road, and about 3.5 kilometers away from the city center. Based on Oriental aesthetics, designers use the modern feelings of design language to deduce the esteem of nature.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The design of the VIP area is based on relative privacy and comfort, catering to the overall design concept of the project. The Oriental elements are presented in a modern way, with natural atmosphere of art, to create a poetic mood.
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in July 10, 2018 in Yulin and finished in September 20, 2018 in Yulin.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: In order to shape the integrated presentation of space organizations, designers strive to restrain the selection of design techniques and materials, and naturally express the aesthetic attitude of modern Oriental through the the fuzzy treatment of boundaries and the coordination of spatial forms.
SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The project covers a total of 2600 square meters. The island water bar in the middle facilitates serving customers in all directions. The hollowed out metal box on the top echoes the counter top below, increasing the visual interest and design aesthetics.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Space and nature are unbounded. In this case, the design needs to find an effective way to blend indoor and outdoor scenery. So as to achieve a harmonious coexistence between human and environment. The large glass curtain walls blur the boundaries of the space, so that people can always sit indoors and enjoy the beautiful scenery outside the window.
CHALLENGE: As an important carrier area of sales center, the negotiation area is also the most perceptive space for customers. The design of this area emphasizes people's experience and comfort. The collocation of simple furniture and artworks, reveal the elegance tonality of the space.
