| DESIGN NAME: Wonderful Vision PRIMARY FUNCTION: Sales Center INSPIRATION: Our client, therefore, wants to present the congruous style in this residential sales center, where consequently exposes rather sensitivity then rationality. To bring out the satisfactory allurement of the bar and restrooms for our client, we decorated these areas with floral arrangements and lighting fixtures. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Located in the emerging redevelopment zone where is the key battleground of the residential property sales, this residential sale center surrounded by numerous companies in the same business is owned by our female client, who with romantic character trait is fascinated by the bold colors, and is handy in applying the heavy colors fitfully. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The VIP rooms, as the spotlight of the residential sale design, are surrounded by the water features, of which the water reflections artistically hit the glass structures of the VIP rooms. The exquisite area with the architectural building models is the core essence of the entire interior design plan, where the adornments of the delicate golden decorative boards on the building façades, with the admirable subtle features, manifest the enlivening and fine quality. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: When people walking in the entrance, the bamboo atrium comes into view where the bar is decorated as the background, and the architectural building models is embellished alongside the atrium as well. As the sunlight scattering the atrium, which as the role obscuring the boundary between the indoor and outdoor spaces, the natural outdoor elements are figuratively introduced to the indoor space. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The property is 700 square meters. TAGS: Interior, Sale Center, Space, Property, Business RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The plentiful decorative walls diversely decorated in the building not only figuratively bring out the indoor traffic flows, also elegantly conceal some entrances to other insignificant areas, thus enhancing the textures as well. CHALLENGE: We want to design a residential sale center, given its competitive business of house sales, that is featured with romantic characteristics, furthermore presenting to the customers the wonderful and desirable visions to the promising futures.
