| DESIGN NAME: Ocean Coral PRIMARY FUNCTION: Show Flat INSPIRATION: As our client is one of the reputable property developers in Hong Kong which aimed to promote the value of sustained commitment to quality homes. Therefore, this is a key project for us to base on the elements which inspired by the surrounding environment of The Grand Marine. With hills behind and the sea in front, taking these elements to apply to our design, has not only helped to showcase the center-to-city living style but also created a comfortable and intelligent home for residences. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The design concept for the show flats was aimed to create a modern contemporary lifestyle in an elegant way. With limited space, the flat has achieved multi-functionalizat OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: When entered the show flat, the visitor may find that the designer supercharged the corridor with a large scale of the tawny glass mirror. An open-flat design that divided the bedroom and living area with a full-height see through art decoration partition which had created a sense of artistry to transition areas. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in March 2019 and finished in August 2019 in Hong Kong. And it starts to open for the public in Oct 2019. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The greatest highlight for the unit was, space is separated by the extraordinary double side art piece-shelf. This furnishing was decorated with bronze stainless steel and remarkable marble. As well the designer had mainly applied the line flowing into another show flat, also evoked inspiration for beauty integration. As well as ignited a modern language in a practical way. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The one-bedroom show flat measurement is 299sqf. The two-bedroom show flat measurement is 421sqf. TAGS: Grand, Elegant, Modern, Luxury RESEARCH ABSTRACT: For the two-bedroom show flat, the designer used the Living Coral, which has been chosen as the 2019 theme color, embellished it into different details of the overall design. And for the one-bedroom unit, The design elements of this premier residence were aimed to create a modern contemporary lifestyle in an elegant way. Thus, the residence has achieved multi-functionalizat CHALLENGE: Helping to pass the message that our client wishes to deliver to yuppies and young couples for their future home, our designer blends the essence of modern but elegant design into a combination that is extraordinarily and has created an unforgettable design pattern. In the meantime, the designer has focused on the purpose of increase aesthetic value, the Italian types of furniture and stainless steel were embellished to highlight the detail.
