| DESIGN NAME: Parallel Remolding PRIMARY FUNCTION: Sales Center INSPIRATION: Jinan is known as the "Spring City" because of its numerous springs and 72 famous springs in the territory. The project of Zhongyin Royal Garden Sales Center is located here. The designer has picked up the stone and wood in the nature and integrated them into the metal. Under the leading atmosphere of neoclassicism, he seeks for more modern sentiment, replacing the complicated carving with rich simplified lines, making the space thick and not complicated. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The design of this case follows the functional requirements, realizes the intensive and flowing integration layout. The open linkage type zoning greatly stretches the spatial pattern, and they talk to each other without interfering with each other, pursues the balance between art and practice, and restores the warmth of life. The abundant line rhythm eliminates the complicated and redundant programs, and highlights the quality with an open pattern, and depict a high-level space atmosphere. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The negotiation area continues the spiritual core and diversity of neoclassical style, emphasizes the dual combination of traditional aesthetics and modern aesthetics, and realizes the expression of rationality and sensibility. At the same time, the designer creates a new understanding with the consideration of humanity and nature. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The front desk uses a large area of blank, and embellishes the lines of metal texture, without a garnish but left infinite reverie. On lamps and lanterns, the designer expands the understanding of modelling and space, and endow the space with unique rhythm aesthetic feeling through restacking, arranging and combining. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The project covers a total of 500 square meters. The whole space is dominated by light color to create a pleasant space atmosphere. The wall has made a three-dimensional concave convex geometric shape, making the space more powerful and aesthetic with the language of architecture. TAGS: Interior, Commercial, Sales Center, Oriental elements, Natural, Elegant, Cultural RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Jinan has the reputation of "surrounded by lotus flowers, there are willows on three sides, half of the city's mountains are reflected in the lake". The designer Wei Gao combines the romantic feelings of nostalgia with the needs of modern people for life, and is compatible with luxury, elegance, fashion and modernity, so that the space is not limited at all. CHALLENGE: The sand table area integrates the traditional and modern, elegant and simple aesthetic taste into one. The book bar simplifies the complicated furniture design again, and has three-dimensional aesthetics in the overall line design. The vertical and horizontal are full of order and detail features, showing the personalized aesthetic point of view and cultural taste in the post industrial era, so that people enjoy the material civilization and get spiritual comfort at the same time.
