| DESIGN NAME: Diamonds PRIMARY FUNCTION: Deflector Oil Bottle INSPIRATION: There is no doubt that our daily diet cannot exist without liquid foodstuff and seasoning such as olive oil. However, it’s hard for people to control the dosage in usage, since the pouring speed of the liquid is difficult to be controlled due to the original container mouth, which is very easy to pour an excess of seasoning, leading to the waste of it. At present, it has designed a new type of container, which makes a diamond groove at the mouth of the container. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: A bottle with a groove at the mouth can be used to hold olive oil and other edible liquids, which can be used by people in more aspects, and can easily control the pouring amount.For the old people who need to control their diet every day in order to be healthy, this is a very good design with low cost and easy production. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: As for the built-in diamond groove, it does not affect the original external design, which can better control the processing cost while saving materials. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Because the bottle mouth has a guide groove, it is convenient to pour olive oil, olive oil is easy to flow out of the groove, so as to control the amount of food. The product has its own function, which is very convenient for daily use. It can be used directly after purchase from the supermarket. Reduce the later stage of such diversion products, the product material can be plastic or glass. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: 21x65x65 TAGS: Diamond groove, easy to control dosage, guide groove RESEARCH ABSTRACT: At present, it has designed a new type of container, which makes a diamond groove at the mouth of the container. As a result, it is easier to control the amount through this diamond groove when pouring liquid food such as olive oil or seasoning again, so as to achieve the purpose of controlling and saving foodstuff. CHALLENGE: How to control the reasonable size of the bottle, as well as the size, size, angle and depth of the groove are all the difficulties in the design. Through the analysis of calculation data and continuous demonstration, a reasonable design scheme is obtained. Finally, 3D printing technology is adopted to overcome these problems.
