| DESIGN NAME: Neijiang Cuican Yuefu PRIMARY FUNCTION: Sales Office INSPIRATION: In this case, the idea is Neijiang's culture oriented, and 'one river, one city, one courtyard'expre UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The lobby takes 'river' as its enlightenment. Entering into the hall, the adoption of with white muddy water grille with bold ink floor appears like the torrent around Tuo river, which is perfect interpretation of the river culture of Neijiang. The sandbox area takes 'city' as its conception, the main space consists of white muddy water grille as the main element. The modeling of top surface of the sandbox area is designed to create an environment with natural skylight. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: As the window of real estate sales, the sales office is concerned with the quality of developers and the quality of real estate, which is naturally taken seriously by developers. And the buyers in the sales office can basically understand the situation of the building, for whether the building is in line with their own mind, but also have a general grasp.
