| DESIGN NAME: AI Classic PRIMARY FUNCTION: Tea Making Machine INSPIRATION: At present, drinking tea has become a mainstream, more and more people fall in love with it. According to the survey results, the main force of tea drinking in today's society is tea Xiaobai, 20-25 years old and 31-35 years old, tea Xiaoming whose career is on the rise. For this group of people who concentrate on their career, there is a strong contradiction between the various choices of tea and the tedious tea-making process and their work. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: In 2019, the output value of Fujian tea industry has ranked first in China. Traditional Chinese "Kungfu tea" requires a lot of utensils and time to learn tea making skills. Aiming at the current situation of young people not drinking tea or drinking less tea, combined with instant heating technology, identification technology and intelligent Internet of things technology, an intelligent tea drinking machine is developed, which can heat the water instantly and adjust the water temperature . OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The first step is to connect the power supply of the product, and the product is in standby mode. The second step is is to open the metal cover plate at the bottom of the product and open it up.At this time, you can see a filling groove .The third step is "tea bubble" into the filling tank. The fourth step is to cover the metal cover plate on the top of the product, put the cup on the sink and aim at the tea outlet.The fifth step is to touch the start button to make tea. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The main technology of the product is segmented high-pressure solid-liquid extraction technology, which lasted for 16 months and lasted for thousands of times of repeated tests and experiments. The perfect formula of various kinds of tea foam shells and the parameters most suitable for brewing process are summarized, and the unique segmented high-pressure extraction technology is finally formed to perfectly restore the traditional tea flavor, which refers to the design of instant heating pipeline, drinking fresh hot water at any time, eliminating thousands of boiling water; AI intelligent identification, intelligent identification of tea types, matching the optimal brewing process, automatic recording of tea drinking habits. All materials are food-grade contact materials. Stainless steel 06Cr19N10 is used in heater body components, springs, rotating shaft and screws. The shell, sink and water filter are made of ABS.
