| DESIGN NAME: Zheng Tang Era 906 PRIMARY FUNCTION: Office Space INSPIRATION: The design inspiration comes from the building itself. The existing shell provides the background for the modern office space. At the same time, in order to correspond with the original intention of the design, the white wall, log floor and cabinet, desk and chair, these simple material elements are carefully matched to awaken the memory of sleeping space and inject new vitality. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The transformation of the case space is extended by the existing interior space of the building. Easy life begins with an attitude on the desk. Harmonious indoor environment creates a unique synergistic effect under the interaction with nature, promotes close working relationships, and devoting more enthusiasm to work can help us live unhindered. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The implementation of the whole case ensures that every link of the project is precisely landed. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project finished in mid September 2018. Its duration was about three to four months. The project is located in Wu Han City, Hu Bei Province, China. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: In the material planning, the use of delicate and bright white paint as the base, log-colored furniture floor to the office space with a quiet, elegant temperament, in a simple space to play a refined texture, so that the overall space is integrated. Large area of glass windows will introduce the external scene, Wuhan's day and night into an indoor scene, overlooking the city, the city's view will be panoramic! SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The project has about 15 - 20 office workers, technically focusing on energy conservation and environmental protection, material texture and color matching, home furnishings and lighting use. TAGS: Elegant but not monotonous, simple but not plain! RESEARCH ABSTRACT: This case introduces the concept of "ecology, sharing, compounding and humanization" into China with a deep understanding of harmony and harmony among architecture, nature and humanity. Green space construction has become the dominant design. The design should stimulate a green upgrade and create a three-dimensional urban ecological community. CHALLENGE: At the beginning of the project design, according to Party A's requirements and budget scope, the project was self-corrected and revised repeatedly, and finally under the limited budget to ensure the perfect implementation of the works landed!
