| DESIGN NAME: Sky Garden PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residential House INSPIRATION: As the usage of the space in our design, Sky Garden are inspired by “ magic cube.“ Utilizing cycle circulation and doors with flexibility and mobility, just like the cube, with a tiny component, the space can be flipped into another shape. The flexibility and mobility create more possibilities of the structure and public-private-field UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Nowadays people are being pushed forward by a faster and faster pace of life, overwhelmed with all the bothersome and trivial things. The Sky Garden design goal is to give residents a home to get back to themselves and a place where you can emerge back into nature. And increase the motivation for family interaction with the environment. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: - PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: started in April 2017 and finished in August 2018 in Taipei FITS BEST INTO CATEGORY: Interior Space and Exhibition Design |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Moreover, the mirrors and the glasses in the space widen the vision and increase the fluidity of the space. The moving of the light and the looming of the shadow can be discovered in every corner, making it a place where you live and emerge in natural light.
