| DESIGN NAME: Mila Trend PRIMARY FUNCTION: Vacuum Cleaner INSPIRATION: Mila Trend was born after observations that shows the vacuum cleaner market is in need of high performance cyclonic vacuum cleaners with high end look at affordable cost . Mila trend is one of the members of the Pika vacuum cleaner familiy which had a great success in Turkish market. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Mila Trend is an innovative and elegant product with its patented cyclonic filter that helps to keep the dust in the tank in an efficient way , patented one touch tank lock that allows the user to lock and unlock the tank with one hand and fluidized lines blended with hot foiled parts that gives Mila a distinguished high end look at affordable cost. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The tank is designed to remove the discomfort of cleaning customary cyclonic cleaners problems. The user can reach anywhere in the bucket shaped tank, so it can be cleaned easily. In known designs user needs to use both hands to lock and unlock the tank, but thanks to patented one touch lock when the tank has been placed into the body, the connection between tank and the body will be established.To clean the tank, removing it from the body using its handle and emptying will be enough. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: In vacuum cleaners, when the tank is full or the filter between the motor and the body is covered with dust, the suction power of the vacuum cleaner decreases significantly. Thanks to the filter sensor in Mila, the indicator light starts to flash red when the tank or the motor protection filter is full. All plastic parts of Mila are made of recycled material. A sign has been placed on each part that shows the type of the materials used in production of such part and this facilitates the recycling. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: box dimensions 34cm x36cm x57cm TAGS: cyclonic , vacuum , cleaner , hot foil , efficient RESEARCH ABSTRACT: After hundreds of prototypes for cyclonic system has been made and tested in the laboratories, which allows to keep the dust in a better way,Mila high efficient patented cyclonic system has been developed. It is approved that Mila has AAA performance. After the researches in R&D department, all parts of the vacuum cleaner are designed so that they can be assembled quickly and a minimum error rate. CHALLENGE: Mila is distinguished with its innovations, elegant design and functionality. Beside, Mila is very economical product for the users, if its benefits, price and product life are taken into consideration.
