DESIGN NAME: LEISURE WORLD CRAFTED OUT OF QUARRY
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Resort,Adventure park & leisure
INSPIRATION: The three dots-expression, experiment and experience have been precisely used while designing this master plan. The expression of every space designed blended with the experiment of changes made and what the users can experience in this premise. The expression here is the blending and fusing of all entertainment elements perfectly, for the end user to enjoy thoroughly.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The overall design of the space is like a leisure world crafted within stones being in harmony with nature. Using nature at its best, this space provides a man-made structure with a calm and relaxed atmosphere. The spaces designed are named after stones. Water elements, themed plantations adds on feeling of interest and leisure in play of built and unbuilt spaces.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The campus has zoning on the basis of activity classification: Public, semi public and private. The built spaces are aligned and oriented in such a fashion that it captures maximum view of the city. The plantations around the cottages acts like edge condition as well make the ambience lively, fresh and cheerful.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The activities in the campus are planned so that it acts as a perfect getaway from city life. The marriage hall, party lawn, adventure park acts a celebration focus. The grand avenue with combination of artefacts and plants gives a welcoming feel. The pathways connecting the tents are like axis surrounded by plantations.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The study of contours has been done which helped to plan activities accordingly. The analysis has been done on various angles from site so as to get maximum natural view to every tent.
CHALLENGE: The site has contours. The optimum use of land with minimum land intervention was tough. The orientation of spaces considering contours, to capture views and vistas was challenging task.
