DESIGN NAME: Body with Soul
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Wine Bottles with Labels
INSPIRATION: As an aesthetic person I have experienced the very edges of the world of arts and designs, putting them into action. I have tried to design spaces and things, particularly beverages by way of art with creative partners like wine makers, potters, artists. The inspiration of the "Body with Soul" would come up through putting my experiences of works altogether such as paintings, porcelain works and tea brands. Simply speaking of the key point of my work, I transformed the tradition of the old Korean porcelains into wine bottles with labels - a liquor bottle with painting of the Joseon dynasty.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The research method for the project is a literature study about traditional liquor porcelains on whose paintings in the literary artist's style of the Joseon dynasty depicted, focucing on white porcelains made in the city of Haeju in Korea in around the 19th century.
CHALLENGE: The firing temperature of porcelains had to reach 1250 degrees Celsius without any distortion of the figure of wine bottles, finally to succeed. And the colour seperation to 26 plates for the labels' decals was not easy to achieve, only to fail but succeeds finally.
