| DESIGN NAME: Ingrad Annual Report 2018 PRIMARY FUNCTION: Preparing of the Annual Report INSPIRATION: The use of typography combined with photos of projects (photos of residential estate constructed by the company). Key purpose of typographic work is to create exclusive design and such a print type that could reflect the high-profile status of INGRAD construction facilities. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: INGRAD Annual Report 2019 reflects successful results of the company’s activities. It contains the analysis of the Russian development market and the company’s projects portfolio which clearly demonstrates the investment potential of INGRAD. Targeted audience: • shareholders and investors of INGRAD group; • top-managers of partner banks; • investment and credit analytics; • professional community and Mass Media; • industry regulatory authorities and other state bodies. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: - PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project was launched in January 2019 in Moscow (Russia). Annual report was released in March 2019. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The report was made in two versions: – full eco-leather blind tooled binding with tactile vanish, offset printing, serigraphy, sewing burst binding. – in board bkb stiff cover and with “leather” backing, sheet punching, laser perforated cut and textured vanish with the use of offset UV-printing, serigraphy and sewing burst binding. Initial tasks: to review (analyze) the competitive market using the data provided by INGRAD analytics department, the data of the Federal Service of State Statistics, the Directorate of the State Registration Agency, Moscow Statistics Service, Uniform Register of Developers. The analytical research showed that INGRAD takes the leading positions in the Russian construction market.
