| DESIGN NAME: Màn PRIMARY FUNCTION: Meditation Light INSPIRATION: Màn, the Meditation Light, was inspired by consumer products that bring relaxation to people through stimulation of the five senses. To connect the visual sense to the meditation feature, a look that conveys the stimulating function must be carefully selected. The form was chosen by creating several abstract sculptural forms using photography of natural elements, such as plant patterns. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Meditation Light is a bedroom light that helps people who struggle with stressful work life. It has four seasons-inspired scenes that transform the space with vivid color and soft light by using the illumination of the transparent body and the light ring. The cheerful meditation scenes aid a meditation session with slow pulsing lights. The plant-like form is designed to maximize illumination. With just a click of a button, the Meditation Light brings mindful meditating exercise to the d OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: - PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project began in January 2018, and the final progress and the working model were exhibited in San Francisco, California in December 2018.
