| DESIGN NAME: Feng Shu Villas PRIMARY FUNCTION: Villas INSPIRATION: This project is inspired by the city Chongqing, located at Southeast of China. Dates to at least Qin dynasty, also serving as China's wartime capital during the Second War, Chongqing, is half traditional and half modern, as the result of both Chinese culture and western cultures. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Zhonghai FengShu, seated at the center of Chongqing, surrounded by the river, mountains and urban buildings, provides the waterfront and mountain view. The design is based on the French neoclassical style, to engrave the history of Chongqing, and with no redundant colors and decorations, bring poetry and elegance into the everyday life. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Taking white color as the leading tone, the whole space blends the textures and champagne gold of Venetian plaster, and with classical decorations, it forms this elegant french style. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Marble paint plaster SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: 737㎡ TAGS: FongWong,Fengshu RESEARCH ABSTRACT: FONGWONG.HK, who has been engaged in architectural design business for more than 20 years, drew design inspiration from the culture of Chongqing, a former auxiliary capital of China, took the French neo-classical keynote and engraved on the memory of a history to come up with designs without redundant or extraneous tones and decorations, making poetry and elegance the themes of life. Its attitude and understanding of quality are reflected in a clear and soft white tone. When you stay in the villas, you can deeply perceive their profound spirit. CHALLENGE: The time period given by Party A is very short. In a very short time, we have completed the design of indoor and soft-fitting.
