| DESIGN NAME: Eolo PRIMARY FUNCTION: Tires Inflator INSPIRATION: We were inspired by the color and curved lines of the AXION energy brand/logo present as well in its uniques gas stations architecture. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This tires inflator kit is easy to use for car drivers and bikers. Designed and produced with durability in mind. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Both inflators are common ones but both has an easy to use workflow. The bike tires inflator have two mounts for place the bike and let one of the wheels rest firmly in the floor for a confortable operation of the hose in the oposite wheel. In the other side the car tires inflator have a neat retractable hose and a big LED meter. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project is in AXION energy Alvear Gas Station, located in Libertador Avenue and Jerónimo Salguero street, Buenos Aires, Argentina. One of the most exclusive areas in the city. All project took 8 months of development and implementation. FITS BEST INTO CATEGORY: Product Engineering and Technical Design |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: We choose durable materials like sheet metal and stainless-steel that allows, in addition, an easy implementation in all the sites. The kits are then painted with poweder paint to give the finish image. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Bike Tire Inflator, W:200mm, H:1145mm, D:500mm Car Tire Inflator, W:250mm, H:1625mm, D:500mm TAGS: inflator, cars, bikes, tires, compressed air, usability, bike friendly, axion RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The design took into account the aesthetic characteristic of AXION energy gas stations and also concepts used in automotive design such as aerodynamics and ergonomics.
