PRIMARY FUNCTION: Sales Center
INSPIRATION: 1.Designers try to make the project regional originality and create a residential community environment with college style. 2.Designers want to create a city library-style exhibition area in the sales department to strengthen the cultural atmosphere of the community. 3.Improving the overall style of the community and recalling the college life through the red brick and white wall building intention
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This case is "Glorious Youth" sales department. As a preliminary impression of the project, the sales department naturally needs to show an aesthetic atmosphere that fits the concept of the project. Designers try to break the shackles of the commercial design of sales centers, take humanities as the basis, and strengthen the cultural atmosphere of the community in the sales department.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The exterior and interior decoration of the entrance of the project set up red brick walls, which provided a clue for the viewers to the college style. The whole book wall in the room and the bookcase everywhere are matched with the warm and moist raw wood quality to bring the literati temperament of the project into full play. In order to highlight the artistic temperament of space, designers hide all kinds of works of art in all corners of space, so that the audience can reap surprises and create more imaginative moments.
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project was finished in Foshan in February 2019

RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The Glorious Youth project is located in an advantageous geographical location, near the airport, along the river as the golden zone, and attached to the international high-end community. Poly Group aims to make it into a residential community with college style, inject humanistic temperament and strengthen the cultural atmosphere of the community. This case is "Glorious Youth" sales center. As a preliminary impression of the project, the sales center naturally needs to show an aesthetic atmosphere that fits the concept of the project.
CHALLENGE: Designers need to combine the sales department with the city library, business and art, and use red bricks and modern materials to create a space where classical temperament and modern fashion coexist.
