DESIGN NAME: Liveaboards of Maldives
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Photography
INSPIRATION: this photo was specifically taken for a magazine cover. The idea was to show the liveaboards of Maldives in it's official magazine. I had to make it look as simple as possible. had to choose a lagoon which was deep enough for the boat to run without touching the bottom. At the same time it had to be shallow enough for the details and colors to show up. The inspiration for this image comes to nature and simplicity with the design of the cover page in mind. The image had to be as minimal as possible as giving space in the image for the text to be written as well.

CHALLENGE: The hardest part of this project was the weather factor. It was a challenge to fly the drone with the high wind factor which drained the batteries quickly giving us limited time.
