| DESIGN NAME: Zippo Titanium Blue PRIMARY FUNCTION: Stainless Steel Water Bottle INSPIRATION: Capture the distinct style of the Zippo brand. Draw abundant inspiration from Zippo lighter, devote to blurring the quality boundary of water cup and luxury, use the breakthrough of top grade steel and craft assemble on water cup. Silicone cover Zippo lighters wind mouth eight design elements, bottle bottom follow Zippo lighters steel indentation of the bottom, so that each cup is engraved on the spirit of Zippo. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Zippo water bottle is made of 316L stainless steel with ductility. The design thinned the 0.3mm liner to 0.08mm.Compared with the same grade products, the inwall thickness is reduced by 73%, making the product lighter and lighter. The inwall of the mirror reflects the radiation of hot water. The vacuum insulation layer of the cup bladder and cup body can block the convection and conduction of heat, and can delay the heat dissipation of the liquid inside. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Unscrew the lid counterclockwise every time you use it. The injected water should be less than 3cm below the bottle neck.Too much liquid will lead to spill-over,which may cause burns or stains. After drinking, put the cup body to the upright position to avoid accidental knocking over, resulting in liquid overflow, etc. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: Launched in the summer of 2018 in hangzhou and completed in January 2019, the project has been exhibited at the 26th China (shenzhen) international gift and household goods exhibition in October 2018. |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: This product is made of food grade stainless steel, which is healthier, hygiene and environmentally friendly.
