| DESIGN NAME: Black Steel PRIMARY FUNCTION: Novelty and Comfortable INSPIRATION: Ensure the breathability and flexibility of the product is the design principle of the product, this dining table and chair in the design combined with the form of the spider, its flexibility and strength reflected in the design, the table and chair disassemble simple, can be parts stacked convenient transportation. Choose the main body frame that white steel pledges serves as desk and chair, use deft plastic to serve as chair seat and desktop, reflect the contracted style of contemporary furniture. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The spider is a very dexterous animal. The design of the dining table and chairs incorporates the feeling of spider form, which feels very flexible and breathable. The project hopes to combine product aesthetics with product practicality. Its supporting part is made of CNC milled white steel with simple lines and a sense of power. It is suitable for modern interior decoration. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: When sitting on the leisure armchair, the seat back fit back together the human form, can assist people to make the right posture for dining, reading and other activities. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The design project began in January 2019 in Shenyang, was completed in June 2019, and was exhibited in the art museum of Shenyang Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts in June 2019. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The supporting part of the dining table and chair is made of white steel, which is processed by CNC milling or mold casting technology, the seat surface and backrest are made of plastic, and the surface is processed by injection molding, and through the assembly of parts to achieve rapid installation. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: CNC milling or mold casting technology is used to process the white steel frame, and injection molding is used to process the plastic part. All parts of the dining table and chair can be quickly disassembled to achieve the production of this design.
