Apartment Almaty
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Interior Design
INSPIRATION:
The conceptual design is parametric details on the decoration of walls and furniture’s; filling the space with efficient functionality and exclusive. Modern style for comfortable life. Open surfaces, materials and textures Eco standard. The original architectural decision and stylish decor will allow you to get in the atmosphere of absolute comfort.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Apartments with non-linear design elements, for a family of 3 persons. Exclusive and modern, interior apartments with achromatic elements in neutral colors. The living room space of apartment is separated into common and private areas. The common area includes: entrance, restroom, clothes and laundry, kitchen area and living room with dining table and home cinema area. Focus of the living room is the parametric design for audio-video equipment, individual design.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION:
A smart home system has been applied, all controls for appliances, lighting and electrical equipment will be carried out remotely.
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION:
The project started in December 2018 in Almaty, Kazakhstan and finished in February 2019

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY:
The following modern materials are used in this project: ultra-fine granite, with the texture of natural stone, not standard size, furniture boards and wood. The interior decoration, a combination of stone and wood — in the new exposition. Walls in the interior for painting, color — gray. Door leaves with aluminum profile, have an infinite height to the ceiling. Individually controlled heating and air-conditioning in each room. A tasteful decor and lavish fittings are all subtly combined, designed to provide a sense of refined elegance while still retaining a homely atmosphere.
SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES:
Total floor area : 120 sq m Apartments : 2 bedrooms. 2.5 bathrooms, studio with floor to ceiling windows. High window throughout affording great light all day long.

It's amazing to see how Semenenko Dmitriy has managed to create an interior design that is both exclusive and modern.
