| DESIGN NAME: Violinist's Home PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residential Condo INSPIRATION: This project is based on the young hostess's violinist identity and lively and cheerful personality. The use of mathematical geometry and green building concept make this low budget project unique and comfortable. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The use of mathematical geometry makes the quiet and elegant two-tone veneer add a feminine interest. The concise accent wall and the soft color of the curtains guide the afternoon sun to outline a simple and comfortable life. The multi-function display cabinet that can be pushed and pulled, provides a private stage for the homeowner to practice, and shows the dream of the family. The whole project minimizes the covering decoration and achieves the concept of good maintenance, light decoration and reduction of waste, and environmentally friendly green building. The veneer materials and furniture used are from factories within 20 kilometers of the case, in line with the latest green building carbon footprint concept. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The owners of the house love music and play violin. After fully understanding the personality, needs and living habits, we constantly communicate with customers in 3D drawings to ensure that the design results meet the customers' living habits. After the completion of this project, the customers expressed great satisfaction and are very happy to have a creative home space. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: System cabinet, natural veneer, woodwork, wood custom furniture, recyclable iron, dust-free blackboard, non-toxic paint SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Total Floor Area: 60 square meters TAGS: MYHA architects, green building, renovation, condo, low budget, wood, custom furniture RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Mathematical geometry: Comprehensive consideration of the most efficient cutting size, ergonomics, aesthetics, size of the condo owner's collection, etc., set the maximum finger width of the owner's palm, 20 cm, as the design basis size. The design operation is completed by means of symmetry, rotation, and proportional. CHALLENGE: The homeowner is a young couple and doesn't have much budget. We hope to achieve the concept of green building and innovative functional furniture under the constraints of low budget. NAME: MYHA architects PROFILE: The word "architect" is derived from the Latin "archi"-integration and "tect"-technology, which is the concrete presentation of applied science and artistic value. Mr. Hsu is one of the few architects who has many professional aspects of urban planning, architecture, interior design, and real estate development. He is good at integrating the aesthetic taste, user environment, regulations, budget and other expectations. His works can be found in the United States, France, Vietnam, Taiwan and other places around the world. He also works as a lecturer in the Dept. of Architecture and Urban Design, PCCU. Mr. Hsu believes the issues of green building, sustainability, inner soothing comfort, safety, economic should be well considered in the contemporary design concept. He continually dedicates to practice his concept and create praise and eternal for his customers. |
