PRIMARY FUNCTION: Smart Selfie Stick
INSPIRATION: The inspiration is from women's luxury perfumes and exquisite jewelry. The moonlight and the extravagant 18K gold match show the luxury and gorgeous feeling.
The belt design (touch area) is the visual center of the whole product. The 3D rhombic texture and the shiny luster of the rhombohedral natural refraction are in contrast with the white shaft. In addition, the mobile phone clamping part with the C-corner design is easy to hide clip for clamping mobile phone.
Based on flexible sensor technology, it is focused on human-computer interaction and Internet of everything.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The flexible sensing of 0.04 mm is embedded in the surface's concave and convex fashion texture, supporting multi-touch, glove touch, waterproof touch and other functions.
Sliding on cylindrical surface can choose different filters, focal length. Solving pain point of repeatedly close to the phone to change the filter.
Hidden clip design, the overall compact, stylish, portable.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: This Selfie Stick connects to BeautyCam App via Bluetooth. Long-press button for 2 seconds to power on. Then user could take photos by pressing button, record video by long-press button, switch front and back cameras by double-press button. Tapping the rhombus texture can open and close filter menu. Sliding left and right on the texture can switch different filter effects. Sliding up and down on the texture can adjust focal length.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Flexible sensor (light, thin, flexible and transparent) supports multi-touch, pen touch, glove touch, waterproof touch and so on. Flexible sensor supports environmental PC texture.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Regarding the size selection of flexible sensor on the selfie stick, 300 samples of men and women from different age groups have been interviewed to test different sizes of sensor selection.
To show Gesture operation interaction, a variety of materials coated sensors have been tested. After repeated design reviews and produced a variety of demos and then we decided the rhombus texture. It highlights the flexible sensor function and is more distinctive in design, which is different from the market product, and achieves our original research purposes.
CHALLENGE: 1. No competitive products. Defined touch gestures and interactions.
2. Repeatedly verified curved surface texture and smooth touch function.
3. The size of the product is in conflict with the internal components such as hidden clip mechanism.
