| DESIGN NAME: Understated Luxury PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residential Interior Design INSPIRATION: These themes are easy-to-live collections that connect topics between space and space. Residential house is the stage for each owner expressing their uniqueness rather for designers idea. If you ask for a luxurious design home, I would answer : Luxury is quality. And quality is valued by the texture details and every different life culture. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This is a three-story mountain villa located in the suburbs of Taipei. There are different usage requirements for each floor. The biggest difficulty of this project is not only to create a space with style and quality, but also to highlight the personality and taste of the owner strongly. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Warming up the space with fun in life, Show the owner's style with personalized collections. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The function of main floor is for entertainment. The floor plan inculdes independent family cinema, karaoke room, billiard room. We shaping it like a private pub, these relexing art collections connect the topics between spaces. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: 1210 square meter TAGS: Private Villa, W Design RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The design based on function oriented and completely reveals the owner's personal collection and personality.
