With the central axis of the overall interior extends out, on one hand it displays a rich collection of lection classics, and on the other hand, allowing extended visuals along the corridors while the dining area is installed with a darkened tinted glass wall etched with the texts of Great Compassion Mantra that evokes the aura of serenity and respect for deity during dining time.
CHALLENGE: The requirement for this design differs from ordinary residential spaces is mainly focusing on tranquility and minimalism, as the overall planning should also consider the zoning and circulation path as dictated by Buddhist worship rituals, so that there can be religious study and discussion groups taking place in the public area, and when there is a need for private meditation sessions, there can also be physical room for privacy.
