DESIGN NAME: Wheat Field Dream
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Sales Center, Cultural Center
INSPIRATION: The design and construction time is only two months, so we have fully considered the difficulty and cost of construction in consideration of the design effect.
We designed an environmentally friendly and versatile composite space.
On the curtain wall, we use punched aluminum plates and full-color LED lights to create a colorful dream, low cost and fast installation.
Throughout the construction process, we used a large number of prefabricated construction methods to speed up the project.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This is a transforming new project that integrates the art center and the sales center.
We completed the design and construction in two months.
A white punched aluminum plate is placed on the foundation of the original building without destroying it. Use the full-color LED to create the concept of Northern Lights.
We use a lot of environmentally friendly materials in our projects and use the construction of prefabricated buildings.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: While buying a house, the user seems to be visiting an art center. We believe this will make the buyer feel that the taste of this developer is consistent with them.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT: This is a sales center located near the university town. The houses sold are small-sized, and the target group is mainly young people. When we conceived this sales center, the first thing we considered was what young people liked. Still like the traditional sales center? Obviously not, so we combine the sales center with the art center, and the whole space is modern.
CHALLENGE: The time is very short, only two months.
But the factors we need to consider are multifaceted. We hope it is a versatile composite space and is environmentally friendly. In order to complete within the specified time, it must take into account the construction difficulty and cost of the design.
