PRIMARY FUNCTION: Screwdriver
INSPIRATION: It often happens that it is difficult to turn the screw when using a screwdriver, especially the screw near the facade. Thus, a structure for changing the arm of force is developed to achieve the labor-saving effect, which simultaneously can meet the requirements for installing and dissembling screws near the facade. The screwdriver head is for general use and convenient to replace, available to meet use requirements for most screws. The screw should be designed with a simple and fashionable appearance, and convenient to carry.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Right angle screwdriver can achieve strength saving effect mainly by extending arm of force through handle buckling, and also solve the problem of installing and disassembling screws near the facade. The hand holding position of handle is designed as a hexagonal prism in accordance accord with human body engineering for more convenient application of force. The handle made by connecting two parts can realize straight line splicing and right angle splicing to change the length of the arm of force and meet requirements of screw installation in different positions.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: At the time of ordinary operation, it should be operated in general state. In case the screw is too tight or close to the facade, the handle of screwdriver can be spliced into a right angle shape for convenient operation.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The handle of the screwdriver can be altered in 90 degree angle, and fixed by a neck.
Inclined cutting of 45 degree angle at the lower end of the handle, the separated two parts will be connected and fixed by the internal neck to realize straight line splicing and right angle splicing, to change the length of arm of force, and meet requirements of screw installation in different positions.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Most traditional manual screwdrivers with a straight handle are relevantly laborious when installing tight screws, and not workable for installing and disassembling screws near corners or facades. According to above problems, after multiaspect structure studies, we propose a design solution to changing the arm of force, thus providing more choices for users when purchasing screwdriver.
CHALLENGE: The difficulty lies in how to change the arm of force by means of handle. Inclined cutting of 45 degree angle at the lower end of the handle, the separated two parts will be connected and fixed by the internal neck to realize straight line splicing and right angle splicing, and to change the length of arm of force.
