| DESIGN NAME: Shanhai Pithy C2 Model Room PRIMARY FUNCTION: Show Flat INSPIRATION: The inspiration of the designer comes from the natural images of mountains and waters, and incorporates the elements of local folk culture. Under the dominant atmosphere of modernism, the designer uses the language of design to produce dialogue and resonance with space, interprets the visual, tactile and spiritual hollow and transparent, and reproduces the landscape humanistic pattern of Dianchi area. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This case is a four-storey villa model design project. The designer follows the owner's life taste and functional needs, strives to restrain the choice of color layout and accessories, shapes the integrated presentation of various spatial organizations by forward-looking design strokes, and appropriately expresses the aesthetic attitude of the modern Oriental through the coordination of regional forms. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The designer combines the linear elements with the modern style perfectly, uses the wood veneer and metal lines as the media, intersperses the aesthetic thinking of modern art, makes the spatial level more diversified, at the same time brings the soft visual sense, and shows the strong humanistic care in the details. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: In order to highlight the stable character and vulgar taste of the owners, the overall tone is mainly gray and white. Designers incorporate Chinese style lines, colors and shapes into modern living room design, match wood veneers, bubble glass and ink marble to create aesthetic appeal that meets the requirements of modern life. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The project covers a total of 615 square meters. Under the original architectural conditions, designers construct a new aesthetic space through simple design to present fashionable and exquisite effects. This case is the product of the combination of traditional Chinese culture and modern human settlements. Designers pursue the spiritual core and diversity of design, at the same time, they create a new understanding with the thinking of humanity and nature, convey a balanced and calm emotional charm through the simple expression of traditional culture impression, and also show the concise and elegant space. CHALLENGE: As an important factor in the process of building sales, the design of model houses determines the commercial value behind them. Therefore, designers need to take into account the functional needs, cultural taste, business attributes, geographical environment and other factors. The design should not only have the connotation and charm of traditional culture, but also have the comfort and texture of modern life.
