| DESIGN NAME: Sculpture Nature PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residential Space INSPIRATION: This is a joint family of three-generation. Besides pursuing the dignified sense of texture, the designer perceived that the host not only preferences traditional fashion style, but also fond of seeking fresh joys; therefore, the main tune of the color is black, white and grey, to heighten the sense of elegance, meanwhile choose immense natural materials, elaborate a meaning of "Zen" in the space. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Arc lines can be seen everywhere while turning around, which echoes the image of "fullness" and "perfection&quo OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: A modern style rich in Zen but with simplicity, make the house owner very satisfied. Use the owner's favorite Taiwan red cypresses embellish the walls of the space. Making people feel the warm texture of the wood wherever they are. Pure black, white and grey color matching conforms to the taste of the house owner. At the same time balancing the vision also emphasize the subjectivity of the material. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: In order to emphasize the natural impression, the main wall of the living room retained the scored stone to construct a rock formation up to 5 meters long and weighing nearly 3 tons. In the space, a large number of stone, Taiwan red cypress, and walnut are used to build an natural ecological scene. Even if the same material is retained in the process of field conversion, but in the presentation technique is changed. The wooden floor in the living room has become the ceiling material in the dining room, so that the same material can show its various rich expressions. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: whole space is 429 square-meter. TAGS: Traditional, Zen, Natural Impression, Wood, Stone RESEARCH ABSTRACT: In order to link up the interaction between people, the private areas are evenly distributed on both ends of the space; expand the usage of the central public sphere. Arranged a large dining table and bar configuration to suit for the visitors. The ceiling has wooden grain long type lamp, which guides the vision and pace. CHALLENGE: Considering that the TV main wall weighs up to 3 tons, we have especially strengthened the reinforcement of the building to ensure its safety in bearing strength.
